- MATERIAL: Made from durable white cardstock, that has rip-resistant qualities to further the durability and continuous reusable quality of the tags. The material is 10 MIL white 13 pt. cardstock.
- DESIGN: A simple log on a tag, designed to be a quick visual representation of recent and past fire extinguisher inspection dates. The inspection tag also has the ability to distinguish the inspection dates of First Aid Kits, an eyewash station, and/or a Fire Extinguisher. The front and back of the tag are printed the same, with a combined 38 slots to be filled out that have space for the date and the initials of the inspector.
