This policy outlines our domestic and international shipping options, processing times, and delivery expectations. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer the following domestic shipping options within the United States:

Economy Shipping

  • Orders up to $99.00 — Shipping Charge: $5.00 | Processing Time: 24–48 hours | Shipping Time: 5–7 business days
  • Orders $99.01 and up — Shipping Charge: FREE | Processing Time: 24–48 hours | Shipping Time: 5–7 business days 

Express Shipping

  • Up to 1lb — Shipping Charge: $11.99 | Processing Time: 24–48 hours* | Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
  • 1.1–5lb — Shipping Charge: $18.99 | Processing Time: 24–48 hours* | Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
  • 5lb and up — Shipping Charge: $24.99 | Processing Time: 24–48 hours* | Shipping Time: 3–5 business days 

*Most express orders placed before 2:30 PM ET on a business day are generally processed the same day.

Please note: the rates above apply to the contiguous US 48 states only. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. islands or non-contiguous territories are calculated based on actual shipping cost at checkout. 

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours after payment is successfully verified. Orders may occasionally take longer due to order volume, product availability, payment verification, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping times begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery estimates do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays. Shipping options may vary based on the destination, products, order size, and carrier

On-time delivery is a priority for us — our fulfillment team works to meet the processing windows above on every order.

If a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an updated estimated shipping date.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Depending on the destination and order, shipments may be sent through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First-Class Mail. Carrier selection is based on availability and shipping requirements.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Bison Life is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, holidays, customs issues, or carrier service interruptions.

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist and provide available tracking information

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Bison Life is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Bison Life currently offers international shipping to Canada. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available service.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customers are also responsible for complying with applicable import requirements.
